A huge fire broke out at a battery-making factory in Delhi’s Peeragarhi during which a firefighter lost his life. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal paid a visit to firefighter Amit Balyan’s house and expressed grief. Delhi government has announced a compensation of Rs 1 crore for the victim’s family. Kejriwal write a tweet, “Amit Baliyan laid down his life while serving the people of Delhi. Nothing can bring back a loved one lost, but Delhi govt will provide his family with Rs 1 crore as financial assistance. It’s the least we can do as a society.
