आफत की बारिश ने खोली दिल्ली सरकार और निगम की पोल, बच्चे भी परेशान

दिल्ली के मंगोल पूरी , सुलतान पूरी और रोहिणी इलाके में बीती रात हुयी बारिश ने फिर बता दिया की देश की राजधानी दिल्ली थोड़ी सी भी बारिश बर्दास्त नहीं कर सकती।
Heavy rains lashed the National Capital and the adjoining regions on Tuesday morning. The consistent rainfall, which began at late Monday night; led to water logging in various parts of the city.
